Concerns grow for missing Pendle man
Police are becomingly increasingly concerned about the welfare of a missing Pendle man.
James Matthews (33), who is missing from an address in Nelson, was last seen in the Nelson area at around midnight on April 15th.
James is described as tall, short dark brown hair with comb over and of a medium build.
When last seen he was wearing a black coat and orange shorts.
