Burnley firefighters race to scene of flat blaze after one person evacuated
One person had to be evacuated from a first floor flat in Padiham after a fire broke out last night.

The occupant was evacuated from the premises before the arrival of firefighters who used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a positive ventilation fan to extinguish the fire.
They were at the scene for two hours.
