Burnley FC in the Community's charity dinner a huge success
Sponsored by Bowker Motor Group, the dinner raised more than £32,000 and was co-hosted by television presenter Andy Hodgson and John Riding at The Fence Gate, who welcomed over 200 guests to the black-tie event.
Among the attendees was Burnley FC manager Sean Dyche, club chairman Mike Garlick and MP for Burnley, Julie Cooper who all joined together to celebrate the many achievements of BFCitC during the past 12 months.

The substantial funds raised from the event will go to supporting the non-profit work Burnley FC’s official charity carries out on a daily basis across the communities surrounding Turf Moor.
In the last 12 months alone, Burnley FC in the Community has invested £2.4m into communities as it continues its mission to inspire, support and deliver positive change.
Neil Hart, chief executive officer for Burnley FC in the Community, said: “We are overwhelmed with the support we received on Friday night – the event was a real highlight of the season for us and the vital funds raised will help us continue to carry out our life-changing work in the local area.

“I extend my heartfelt thanks to all those who spent the evening with us, supporting our work and reflecting on what a remarkable moment we are enjoying in the history of the club – both on and off the field. Long may it continue.”
