Burnley couple cancel Christmas wedding plans
A Burnley couple have had to cancel their wedding planned for this afternoon after their Christmas dream turned into a nightmare.
Bride-to-be Tracy Geldart (51) was discharged from hospital on the Monday before Christmas in time for her wedding to Mark Gornall.
But Tracy had to return to hospital and is in the Critical Care Unit at the Royal Blackburn with a collapsed lung.
Mark said her condition is stable but he has had to cancel their Christmas wedding.
The couple, from Rosegrove, donated their wedding cake to the Critical Care Unit.
