He recently ran 13 miles to raise funds for Pendleside Hospice and domestic abuse charity SafeNet, and he is now planning his next adventure. “After the death of our teacher Mick Ennis it got me thinking,” said Kasom.

“I decided I wanted to do something for charity so I thought about running 13 miles – from school to Colne and back. I raised £210 and I bought chocolates for the people who work at Pendleside Hospice and also gave selection boxes to SafeNet.”
