Accident causes traffic chaos
A traffic accident has caused chaos on a busy route into Burnley this morning (Tuesday).
The accident happened shortly before 8-30am when an Eddie Stobart lorry collided with a beige car near to the Gannow roundabout.
Police confirmed none of the drivers were injured but were suffering from shock.
The vehicles were blocking the road for some time causing tailbacks and delays for commuters.
