£100,000 price tag on Burnley pub

A well known Burnley pub has gone on the market with a £100,000 price tag.

The Wheatsheaf Inn is being marketed as a traditional community local pub in Colne Road by Manchester based Fleurets who are acting on behalf of administrators Cal Management Ltd.

With a lounge bar and games room, the pub also has an outdoor smoking area. It is set in the middle of a row of shops and houses.

The pub is being offered freehold and the private living accommodation includes two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and attic divided into two rooms. There is also a rear yard and a mechanically cooled beer store and further store room.
