Brierfield planning application
Pendle Council has received the following planning application:
Mr Answar has applied to demolish an existing outrigger and build a single storey extension to the rear of 20 St James Street, Brierfield.
A decision on the application will be made by planning officers unless three or more objections are made, in which case, it will appear before Pendle Council’s Brierfield and Reedley Committee on Tuesday, March 27th.
