The average price in Burnley in November was £99,409, a 15.4 per cent increase on November 2019, when the average price was £86,179.
Property website Rightmove said the majority of sales in Burnley during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £139,016. Terrace properties sold for an average of £79,222, with detached properties fetching £216,523.
Overall, sold prices in Burnley over the last year were 67 per cent up on the previous year and 4 per cent down on the 2010 peak of £150,000.
