Fire crews extinguish Burnley shop blaze
A team of firefighters wearing breathing apparatus put out the blaze at the business premises in Abel Street at 2-30pm yesterday (Friday).


A spokesman for Lancashire Fire and Rescue said: "Two fire engines and crews from Burnley dealt with a fire on the ground floor of the premises. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used a hosereel jet to put the fire out. There were no casualties and the cause of the fire is to be established.
