10. St Matthew's Church, 1971
The Medal of Merit, in recognition of outstanding services to Scouting, was presented to a Burnley man, Mr Victor Perry, at St Matthew's Scout group open night on Tuesday 31st August 1971. Mr Alan C. Smith (county commissioner) made the presentation to Mr Perry, who lives at Clevelands Road. the District Scout Commissioner (Mr Edgar Wharton) was also present. Photo: S
