A new snooker trophy has been presented to Padiham Labour Club in memory of former steward the late Mr Albert Helm. A Doncaster couple who have connections with the club travelled specially to Padiham on Saturday to hand over the trophy to Mr. Helm’s widow, Mrs. Joan Helm, and their son, Raymond.
