The app can also be used to ask any questions about living with cancer via the ‘Cancer Information and Support’ section. All queries will be responded to by one of the local specialists in the team.

Erin Bolton, Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Service Manager said: “We are delighted to launch this new online facility for our patients. The Covid-19 pandemic has left many cancer patients very vulnerable and often feeling isolated. This app is another way that they can interact with the service and seek any information or reassurance that they need.”

People can download the app by searching for the 'HealthZone UK' app and then for 'ELHT Cancer Team App'.
