Up to a third of people who test positive for Covid-19 have no symptoms at all, so it’s important to test people without symptoms to identify these cases.
Anyone with symptoms (a high temperature; a new, continuous cough; a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste) should book a test via https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-testIf the test result comes back positive then you must self-isolate for 10 days and follow Government guidelines – information is available here.
If the test is NOT positive then you must continue to follow Government guidelines on social distancing and wearing masks etc to protect yourself and others.
