Business First to launch new ‘Clinic First’ healthcare hub at Vantage Court
Business First has announced plans to transform 8,000 sq ft of space at Vantage Court in Barrowford into Clinic First, a new dedicated hub for health, medical, wellbeing and aesthetics professionals.
Occupying two floors, Clinic First will provide a range of high-quality, flexible units designed specifically for businesses and practitioners looking for professional premises in which to welcome and treat their clients and patients.
The new concept will be suitable for a broad mix of occupiers, potentially including aesthetics practitioners, physiotherapists, dentists, doctors, therapists and other health and wellbeing professionals. At the heart of Clinic First will be a dedicated reception and receptionist, providing a professional welcome for every visitor and helping individual practitioners create the experience of an established clinic without the cost and responsibility of operating an entire building themselves.
