Work was carried out by Phil Riley Landscaping Contractors of Burnley who worked on the project with headteacher Mrs Catherine Barnes and after school club supervisor Mrs Connolly. A VIP opening ceremony took place with guest of honour the Mayor of Burnley Coun. Jeff Sumner, parents, school governors and parishioners.
And Fr Brian Kealey led a special blessing ceremony with prayers.
