Sales start again for Ribble Valley housing development
Sales of new homes at a development in the Ribble Valley have started again, following a break caused by the coronavirus outbreak.

Sales and construction at The Brooks in Whalley Road, Barrow, were halted due to the pandemic but developers Barratt Homes are now welcoming house-hunters again.
The development includes two, three, and four bedroom homes. They also have a select amount of homes that are exclusively available to those that are over 55.

Hide AdHelp to Buy is available on certain properties, whilst members of the Armed Forces and NHS staff can take advantage of David Wilson’s 5% Deposit Contribution scheme that was introduced earlier this year.
The development is just one of many taking place across the Ribble Valley with hundreds of new homes being built or in the pipeline.
