The approved scheme comprises 21 three, four and five-bedroom family homes, including a number of bungalows and executive detached homes, set adjacent to the picturesque Pendleton Brook.

Laurie Lane, land and planning director at Concert Living, said: “We have built a great working relationship with the Strategic Land Group over the past year and we’re very excited to have completed on the purchase of this fantastic spot in Clitheroe.

“We are delighted to add this scheme to our portfolio in Bamber Bridge and Weeton and we look forward to commencing work on site with our build partner, Brimas Construction, by the end of the month.”

Paul Smith, managing director of The Strategic Land Group, said: “This is a fantastic site for much-needed new homes for both families and older people, which are in short supply in Clitheroe.

"Concert Living has built a reputation for the delivery of high-quality, well-designed homes and I’ve no doubt that this will be another hugely popular scheme.”
