The Calders, located in Red Lees Road, launched earlier this month and features a selection of three and four-bedroom properties.

Of the 10 initial homes released, seven were reserved online on launch day. The sales cabin is expected to open this weekend.

Nicola Inganni, regional sales manager for Miller Homes in the North-West, said: “We’re pleased to be bringing contributions of over £1m to the area and look forward to undertaking further work with the Cliviger community as work on The Calders development progresses.”
