Burnley housing development set to launch this weekend

The Calders, located in Red Lees Road, boasts a selection of three and four-bedroom properties, and is Miller Homes' latest development.

A sales centre is expected to open in March with a show home to follow later this summer.

From Saturday 10-30am, interested house-hunters will be able to view the first release of homes on the development website and reserve online.

House types will include the Sherwood, an open plan four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with a home office, and The Eaton, which boasts a separate study and a modern layout inside.

Nicola Inganni, regional sales manager for Miller Homes in the North-West, said: “The Calders is an exciting new development for us, and we’ve already been busy in the area with other developments in Blackburn and Clitheroe.
