Bill also has expansive experience of working within the social housing sector, spanning over 40 years. He has spent 16 years working with local authorities and 26 years with registered providers operating in the North-West.

Bill commended Calico Homes for the way they are focused on regenerating not just their homes, but the lives and economy of the local areas they work in, with a diverse range of services and support they offer to the community.

He is also keen to focus on future investments to create more much-needed affordable homes for people in the North West.

“I am looking forward to working with other board members in my new role," he said. "I’ve always admired The Calico Group values and their visions for growth and investment, both in our Burnley heartlands and the wider North-West.
