When Covid restrictions meant Quick Crepes had to cancel its annual children Christmas parties, staff decided to take the festive fun to them.

Joined by Father Christmas, they brought plenty of festive cheer to neighborhoods in Burnley despite the awful weather, delivering a sleighful of Christmas gifts to grateful youngsters.

Donations were also collected for Pendleside Hospice.

Quick Crepes owner Russell Curwen said: "It was a logistical challenge, but we put smiles on over a hundred children’s faces and the feedback we received was amazing

"The weather was appalling. However, our staff battled on and it was all worthwhile to see the children’s faces."
