Winter walks planned for New Year

Lancashire County Council’s ranger service has organised the walks and rangers will be on hand at every event.

The walks are not necessarily for seasoned walkers and can be booked online via the council’s website.

Two of the walks will use Trampers scooters, so that people with mobility problems can enjoy the scenery too.

If you wish to use the Trampers you are advised to book to avoid disappointment.

The first walk tomorrow will take place in Wycoller at 10-30 a.m.

Refreshments will be provided at the end of the walk.
