King Georges Hall hosts Punk festival
PUNK legend Rat Scabies is playing Blackburn Punk Festival this weekend.
Taking place in King George’s Hall’s Windsor Suite on Saturday, the festival also features The Members, The Stiffs, Crashed Out, Low Culture, Corned Beef and plenty more.
