After all they have to play their part too in bringing children up. Southport born journalist Brian Viner decided the time was right to spills his outlook on fatherhood as his three fled the nest.

The result is a hilarious insight and one which will have dads (and mums) nodding from chapter to chapter. Viner addresses the reasons for picking a good name for your baby. After all naming your child Bart on a whim will have repercussions for the rest of the baby’s life!

Viner entertains with tales of changing nappies, his children’s first day at school and his take on a visit to Blackpool Illuminations.
