Book Review: Fantastic Mr Dahl

AUTHOR Roald Dahl loved children and loved entertaining them. So it seems fitting that the new biography featuring the great man is aimed at youngsters.

Former children’s laureate Michael Rosen has written Fantastic Mr Dahl. It is a fitting tribute to the great man, who is still adored by children everywhere.

After all, anyone who can create Charlie and The Chocolate Factory must be a star! Rosen’s book is aimed at the over eights and tells tales of Dahl’s extraordinary life, from childhood and boarding schools to his adventures in Africa and even a trip to Hollywood to meet Walt Disney.
