Book Review: Everything I have Ever Learned About Change

CHANGE is a scary word. You rarely meet someone who embraces it. But at the end of the day, it happens and to all of us.

Expert Lesley Garner uses a collection of essays to take the reader through the process of change and suggest some ideas on how to deal with it as well. She has been dubbed an “emotional first-aider’’ and this is what she is.

Change can affect people in so many different ways and Lesley’s self-help book is a real tonic and is aimed at quashing those fears and taking the challenges head on.
