Colonel Steven Davies, the Deputy Colonel of the Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment, addressed the crowds gathered outside Burnley Town Hall.

The retired high-ranking officer thanked the people for coming to the parade and the regiment would “absorb their hospitality”.
