Colne woman accused of assaulting her neighbour

A 39-year-old Colne woman has appeared at Burnley Magistrates' Court accused of assaulting her neighbour.

Collette Dunleavy, of Slater Avenue, denied assaulting Gillian Askew by beating on April 2. She was bailed to face trial on August 5 on condition she does not contact prosecution witnesses.
