Dismal reflection on standards at council

If this was a private sector firm who failed to deliver a public consultation on time as the response was ‘so big’, they’d be fired or fined.

If the council wasn’t expecting a ‘big’ response, it shows how ‘out of touch’ they are with the realities of living in Burnley.

​Their excuse and delay is simply not acceptable. If they can’t get the consultation correct what chance the plan or any final implementation?
