Crews tackled a chimney fire in Gallows Lane, Ribchester, on Easter Sunday.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel and some tools to extinguish the fire at the base of the fireplace. Crews outside the property used a roof ladder and chimney hose to extinguish the fire inside the chimney stack.
The incident happened on Sunday evening and firefighters were at the scene for around two hours.
