Pupils and staff at St James’ Lanehead CE Primary School are on a mission to make this Christmas magical for children all around the world.

As part of Operation Christmas Child, the school lent a hand to Father Christmas by organising a collection of 87 shoeboxes filled with presents to be delivered by the Samaritan’s Purse.

This year’s campaign has now ended but you can still pack a shoebox online at www.samaritans-purse.org.uk
