Den building and painting will be fun activities on offer at nursery open day

A nursery is to throw open its doors to the public next month.

Parents and youngsters will have the chance to look round Whitegate Nursery in Victoria Road, Padiham on Saturday, June 17th.

Tots can sample a normal day at the nursery where they will get the chance to play and explore and take part in a range of activities including painting, construction, sand, water, playdough, the interactive whiteboard, messy play activities and role play.

There will also be an opportunity to take part in outdoor den building and explore the garden kitchen.

Parents will also have the chance to speak with staff about personalised learning for individuals at the nursery and they will also be invited to sample meals from healthy menu .
