Burnley man facing jail after admitting dangerous driving

A 26-year-old man could be facing jail, after admitting dangerous driving on three roads in Nelson.

Wasim Khan pleaded also pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a constable, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and not having insurance.

The defendant, of Lee Street, Burnley, committed the offences last October 6th.

He appeared before the town’s magistrates.

Khan was committed to Burnley Crown Court to be sentenced on April 6th and was given an interim ban.
