A landmark building in Burnley town centre failed to sell at auction last week.
KoKo’s in Elizabeth Street had a top guide price of £275,000 with Pugh and Company in Manchester.
Owner Mrs Beverley Musso said that while she was disappointed the building had failed to sell several viewings had since been arranged.
The former mill was given a new lease of life five years ago when Mrs Musso and her husband, Pino, transformed the six-storey building into an entertainment complex. They decided to go into semi-retirement and take over the Kestrel Suite in Cow Lane.
