The Real Thing bring the soul to Colne

The Liverpool-based trio are back with a 24-date UK tour featuring the group’s three original vocalists Eddie Amoo, Chris Amoo and Dave Smith, along with their 5-piece band. The trio deliver a funky ‘in your face’ show with a strong ‘retro flavour’ with the band’s classic songs mixed with contemporary grooves.
Formed in 1972, the band has origins in the Mersey Beat boom of the 1960s and were discovered and launched by The Beatles before their 1976 release ‘You to Me Are Everything’ sailed to the top of the UK singles chart.
