The festival, which takes place on Saturday and Sunday, August 13th and 14th, will feature entertainment for those from every walk of life, with a funfair, fairground rides, inflatables and a beer tent, complete with real ales and ciders, as well as a plethora of live musical acts.

With three stages – one had to be added due to huge demand – the festival will star some of the country’s most impressive up-and-coming musicians and tribute bands, including Small Weller, Happy Mondaze, UB40 Experience, Take All That, Joe Publix, Beautiful Coutch, Myth of Unity and Jeremiah Ferrari, with The Dolls headlining on Sunday and Masters of Madness tribute act, One Step Behind, headlining on Saturday.

Madge Nawaz, the festival organiser, said: “There will be lots of entertainment for everyone: a funfair, food stalls, arts and crafts stalls and a beer tent for the adults. Basically it’s going to be good all around family day out.

“All the bands we’ve picked are fantastic tribute, local and cover bands. There should be a great atmosphere with good music, lots of dancing - hopefully - and plenty for kids to do, with Wacky Warehouse coming to entertain kids with face painting.”

The Burnley Express is offering one lucky reader the chance to win a family ticket (two adults, two children) for the event. Just answer the following question:
