Sophie into Olympic hammer final
She finished sixth in qualifying Group B, 11th overall, with her second round throw of 70.37m, and will look to claim a place on the podium in Monday's final.
Sophie said: “I made it quite difficult for myself. I was quite nervous there at the end which is not where I wanted to be. But you know I made it through and now I can focus on the final.
