Rugby training at Unity College

In the New Year, Unity College will hold rugby fitness and skills training sessions on Tuesdays.

Sessions will start at 3-10 p.m. and run until 4-30 p.m.

Unity will also host girls’ rugby training on Thursdays from the same time, with a view to having an excellent attendance at the January pitch and play event at Burnley Rugby Club, followed by the Under 13s and 15s Emerging Schools competitions at Blackburn Rugby Club in February.

Everyone is welcome to attend training, and a coaching qualification will be available to take in the next couple of terms, for any players wishing to extend their knowledge, lead parts of training sessions and officiate at games.
