Gymnasts celebrate fifth anniversary in style
Burnley Gymnastics Club celebrated their fifth birthday by hosting their second inter club invitational competition.
Over 270 gymnasts from eight clubs descended on the BEST Centre in Burnley to take part in a British Gymnastics-supported two piece floor and vault competition.
Burnley successes included, in the Age 7 Level 2 Category, Lillia Bradford wowing the home crowd with a near faultless display to take gold, while in the Age 9 Level 1 competition, Charlie Hodgetts produced a fantastic display in her first-ever competition to takegold.
In the Age 9 Level 2 category, Erika Corns of Burnley took deserved silver, and in the age 10 category Level 2, Milly Porter was third.
