Young Clarets mascot steals the show at St Mary's

Burnley's display in a 3-1 defeat against Southampton may not have lived up to the billing on "Super Sunday", but a young Clarets mascot certainly put in a more memorable performance at St Mary's.

Guided out of the tunnel by club captain Tom Heaton, the mascot ensured that his parents and millions of other viewers spotted him on the Sky cameras when executing the latest craze - the 'dab'.

Sean Dyche's side were put to the sword by the Saints in the second half of the Premier League clash courtesy of former Turf Moor favourite Charlie Austin's double. Nathan Redmond also netted for the hosts while Sam Vokes grabbed a consolation for the Clarets from the penalty spot.
