Sean Dyche has been in charge since October 2012.

Since taking the reigns at Turf Moor in October 2012 the Clarets boss has gradually moulded his side into a team that currently sits eight in the Premier League and we've had a look back at his previous dealings in January starting with Ashley Barnes who signed in January 2014.
