Tom Anderson joins Carlisle on loan
Clarets defender Tom Anderson has today joined Sky Bet League Two side Carlisle United on a one-month loan deal.
Anderson, 21, has recently enjoyed a successful loan spell in the Vanarama Conference with Lincoln City, where he made six appearances at the heart of defence and scored one goal.
The 6ft 4” centre-back is yet to make a senior appearance for the Clarets but has captained both the Youth Team and Development Squad as well as appearing on the bench in the Sky Bet Championship fixture against Millwall in January 2013.
He also travelled on the first-team tour of Austria in pre-season, before featuring in the pre-season friendly against Accrington Stanley.
