Sporting glory for footy aces

Budding Beckhams and Rooneys pitched in to a soccer tournament which saw 100 youngsters battle it out on the pitch.

Fair Play Football was organised by Rosegrove Soccer Tots coaches Robert Johnson, James Murray and Stewart Macgregory.

Ten teams, including Rosegrove Tots and Peewees, Barrowford Celtic, Fulledge Colts and teams from the Ribble Valley, enjoyed the event at the Kiddrow Lane playing fields in Burnley under the Rosegrove club’s motto “Listen, Respect, Fun”.

All the players were presented with medals for their hard work, skills and fair play.
