The media has been full of revelations about the private life of Ryan Giggs - a leading footballer and family man - despite his efforts to keep his name out of the Press by using the so-called ‘super injunctions’ handed down by the courts.

Today we’re asking, should the courts become involved in keeping the indescretions of the famous under wraps or is it morally wrong to seek these gagging orders and try to prosecute those who are sharing the news in the public domain?
