Set pieces part of ‘learning curve’
The Clarets have shipped a divisional-high 16 headed goals so far this season - and four from corners in their last two games.
Dyche addressed the issue after the 3-1 defeat at Old Trafford: “We had a little spell at the very beginning of the season and then nullified it and it went away. Sometimes it comes in little spates, it was a second phase thing tonight, you’ve got to clear the first, if you don’t, you’ve got to deal with the second, and we didn’t. The second, to be fair, you’ve got a £65m player putting a cross in who’s not bad you know, and he landed it right on his forehead, so there’s probably a bit in that.”

At elite level the margins get really, really fine, that could be a decision from the ref, a moment of magic from one player, a mistake, it just gets finer and finer.
“The details are getting magnified and that’s the biggest learning curve.”
