Sam Vokes wins fans awards
The 24-year-old, currently sidelined after surgery on a ruptured anterior cruciate knee ligament, scored 21 goals in all competitions in a momentous season, which will end in promotion to the Premier League.
Vokes said: “It’s a great feeling winning the awards, especially as it’s down to the fans really and they’re the people who come week in week out.
“It’s great to be recognised by them.

“It’s been a great season.
“It’s been a great few days; great for the lads to seal promotion and it’s good that we haven’t left it down to the last day of the season so that we can celebrate events like this.”
