Clarets striker Danny Ings shot to the top of the league in the popularity stakes this week when the big-hearted frontman launched his new football disability project
The caring Claret was at Ridgewood Community High School for the debut of the project, which he has helped to fund and organise himself.
It will see Burnley FC’s community team deliver football coaching sessions for children and young people with disabilities and learning difficulties throughout the Burnley area.
Our photographer Neil Cross was on hand to capture the action and snap the smiles on the faces of the dozens of children who met Danny.
