PADIHAM FC will round their season off at home to Flixton on Saturday.

The Storks have registered two wins in three games, which has lifted them to 15th in the NWC Premier Division.

Though a victory could only lift Padiham up a solitary place at best, Craig Chadwick’s side will be eager to culminate the season on a high. Kick-off is 3 p.m. at the Arbories.

Meanwhile Padiham Reserves play their penultimate fixture at league leaders Wigan Robin Park, with kick-off also scheduled for 3 p.m.

• BORROWDALE United kept up the pressure in second place of the East Lancashire League Second Division, beating Waddington 1-0 with a goal from man of the match Gary Smith.

Then they fought a hard semi-final of the Bob Little Cup at Feniscowles, beating Barrowford 1-0 with Ben Cartlow on target. The final is at Padiham on Wednesday.
