Fixture list for Padiham’s debut Evo-Stik campaign is unveiled

Former Conference National outfit Northwich Victoria provide Padiham’s first test in the club’s inaugural season in the Evo-Stik League.

The Storks will face Lee Ashcroft’s side on Wednesday, August 17th with kick-off at 3 p.m.

The Storks play their first home game the following Wednesday, against Harrogate Railway Athletic.

Padiham travel to Shawbridge to take on Clitheroe on Boxing Day, with the return clash at the Arbories scheduled for Monday, April 21st.

Other key dates see the Storks host Ramsbottom on New Year’s Day, while the season will culminate with a game against Ossett Town at Ingfield on Saturday, April 26th.

Clitheroe also provide the opposition in the FA Cup Preliminary Round at the Arbories on Saturday, August 31st, while the Storks have another home tie against Sheffield FC in the FA Trophy Preliminary Round on October 5th.

On Wednesday night, Padiham were in inaugural winners of the Adam Swannick Memorial Trophy, winning 5-0 at Garstang with goals from David Gray (2), Ben Allen, Dean Overson and Mark Sharples.

The side are at Euxton Villa tomorrow, before a trip to Longridge United on Tuesday.
